Bartender/Server

\*Position starts at $10/hour plus tips.

\*2-4 shifts per week, depending on hotel needs.

\*Sun-Thurs 3:30-12, Fri-Sat 3:30-1

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and experience working in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, restaurant chain, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, taking food orders and delivering to their table, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Prior experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with excellent time management and sales skills.

• Duties*
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining quality service standards.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws.
• Occasionally assist in event setups such as banquets or catering functions when required.
• Uphold all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
• Requirements*
• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet settings, or similar hospitality environments recommended.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
