Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide support during banquets, catering events, or special functions as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in using POS system for order management.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or food service environments is preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
