Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality standards are met
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns with a positive attitude
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively by prioritizing tasks and demonstrating excellent time management skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving roles preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests positively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods
• A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
