Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experience
• Understand basic order taking skills and restaurant hospitality.

Skills

• Proficient in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
