We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their craft and understands how good bar service contributes to the overall rhythm of the room.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Bartender to support the daily operation of our bar.
This is a hands-on position combining drink preparation, guest interaction, bar organisation and stock management. You will work closely with the Bar Manager, sommeliers and wider front-of-house team to deliver a smooth and engaging guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain good knowledge of the cocktail and beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and flavour profiles.
- Complete daily bar preparation, including garnishes, juices, syrups and other mise en place.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, receiving deliveries, storage and regular stock takes.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls and presentation guidelines.
- Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Support the development of seasonal cocktails and new beverage offerings.
- Minimise wastage and maintain awareness of beverage costs and stock usage.
- Follow all responsible-service, food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety requirements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Adapt service to the pace, atmosphere and needs of each evening.
Candidate Profile
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and basic bar techniques.
- Interest in developing further knowledge of cocktails, wine and other beverages.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a warm, confident and approachable manner.
- Able to work efficiently and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and attentive, with good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
- Available to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
What We Offer
- Salary from S$3,000 per month, with room for negotiation depending on experience and profile.
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
- Progressive service incentive scheme based on selected performance targets.
- 14 days of annual leave.
- Medical insurance, including dental coverage.
- Five-day work week with two days off.
- Closed every Sunday.
