Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while prioritizing guest needs
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving procedures
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders seamlessly
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
