Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and attentively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage tabs, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication

Experience

• Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving protocols
• Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure safe handling of beverages and food items
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately and managing tabs effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
