Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks and menu items, enhancing their overall experience and increasing sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the creation of seasonal or signature drinks to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality industry experience and ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending and serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively setting
• Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to billing, tips, and inventory management
• Previous bartending or bar management experience is highly desirable for those interested in leadership opportunities within the hospitality industry

Pay: $5.50 per hour
