Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure bar readiness.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have bartending experience to bartend
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule.
• A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
