Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption for safety.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Toast POS system.
• Familiarity with craft beer trends, spirits selection, food handling, and food safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently without compromising quality.
• Proficient cash handling, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
