Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience
• Follow food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits, wine, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks
• Previous experience in banquet service or catering settings is advantageous

Pay: $5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
