Bartender/Server

• Candidate must possess At least College Level
• TESDA certification (Food & Beverage Services NC II) or equivalent training is a plus.
• Bartending or mixology certification is an advantage but not required
• Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender.
• Experience in sake
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maximize sales through upselling and promoting featured beverages.

2. Assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

3. Deliver excellent service and maintain positive guest interactions.

4. Ensure drinks are consistently prepared to standard recipes and presentation.

5. Manage stock responsibly to reduce waste and losses.

6. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with food & alcohol regulations.
