Position Overview: Dusty Rose Reserve is seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving a wide selection of beers and wines, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beers on tap and wines to guests, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every pour.
• Tap kegs and maintain draft lines to ensure optimal quality of beer.
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive drinking experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and keeping the bar area tidy.
• Effectively handle cash transactions and operate the TOAST point-of-sale (POS) system with proficiency.
• Uphold beverage quality standards and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, with proficiency in serving both beer and wine.
• Familiarity with tapping kegs and maintaining draft lines.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
• Knowledge of craft beer offerings and styles preferred.
• Serve Safe Certificate or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
