Key Responsibilities

• Craft & Serve: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards and established recipes.
• Guest Experience: Engage warmly with patrons, take accurate orders, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a spotless, organized bar area (including glassware, surfaces, and tools) in compliance with health and safety codes.
• Financial Accuracy: Efficiently manage the POS system, process payments, handle cash, and manage guest tabs.
• Safety First: Monitor guest alcohol consumption closely to ensure safe and responsible service.
• Teamwork & Inventory: Assist with inventory tracking and collaborate with kitchen and floor staff for seamless service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub preferred.
• Hospitality Mindset: Exceptional customer service and a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Math & Cash Handling: Strong basic math skills for precise drink pouring, inventory tracking, and accurate cash management.
• Speed & Efficiency: Excellent time management and the ability to multitask seamlessly during peak hours.
• Sales Savvy: Proven ability to upsell menu items and enthusiastically promote daily specials.
• Food Safety: Knowledge of safe food and beverage handling techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
