Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments, and manage tabs efficiently using POS systems
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation by sharing creative ideas with management
• Assist in bar management tasks during busy shifts, including stock replenishment and inventory checks

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ability to process cash handling and cashiering tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling
