Job Summary

Brickyard Lanes is looking for an energetic, personable and dependable Bartender/Server to join our team!

We're a lively bowling center and sports bar featuring 16 draft taps, bowling leagues, sporting events and special events. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle both bartending and serving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining consistent quality.
• Greet guests, take orders and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout each guest's visit.
• Verify identification and follow all OLCC alcohol service regulations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar and dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service.
• Assist with bowling leagues, sporting events, private parties and special events.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and serving experience preferred.
• Current OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler Card required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, draft beer and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during busy shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach and perform routine restaurant duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
