Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate POS systems and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.

Skills

• Proficient in using POS systems for efficient service.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
• Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Previous fine dining or restaurant experience is preferred, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in the food industry, including brewing knowledge or cocktail preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
