We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Assist with food service by delivering orders promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer preferences and industry trends
• Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Proven bartending skills including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste
• Experience in hospitality industry roles such as serving, bartending, bar management or catering is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as splitting checks or managing cash drawers
• Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety certifications and responsible alcohol service policies
