We’re currently hiring for a server and/or bartender to join our team and help create an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Whether you thrive on the dining room floor or behind the bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, seamless hospitality to every guest.

Server (Waitstaff) Position Summary

Our Servers guide guests through their dining experience from first greeting to final toast. You’ll manage your section, communicate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure every detail—from timing to presentation—is handled with care.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests, share specials, and guide menu selections
• Take and input orders accurately into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, hosts, and support staff
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Present and pour wine when appropriate
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
• Manage table pacing and overall flow of service
• Process payments and maintain accuracy with transactions
• Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and supporting the dining room

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A natural sense of timing and guest awareness
• Basic math skills

Bartender Position Summary

Our Bartenders are responsible for creating a welcoming, well-run bar environment while crafting high-quality beverages. You’ll balance efficiency and creativity while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Follow standard recipes while maintaining consistency and quality
• Serve beer (bottled and draft) and wine with confidence
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar setup
• Prepare garnishes and ensure bar is stocked for service
• Ring orders into POS, handle payments, and ensure accuracy
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• Maintain cleanliness, including washing and sanitizing glassware
• Ensure all bar operations meet health and safety standards
• Contribute ideas for drink features or seasonal cocktails

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard cocktail recipes
• Comfort with POS systems and cash handling

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
