Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during events or busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring excellent service throughout.

Skills

• Proven bartending experience with knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Familiarity with POS system for efficient order processing.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math for accurate financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing tabs effectively.
• Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
• Will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.

Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
