Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and safety standards
• Be engaged with the room and keep on top of time to notify customers of restrictions with children, pets, closing times
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and handle special requests professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling payments and change
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems is a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
