Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and recommend menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Operate cash registers accurately for processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, providing support in a fine dining or restaurant setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the hospitality industry, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or Serving experience in high volume restaurants or venues is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Proficiency in math skills for handling cash transactions accurately (retail math).
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage guests effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
