Bartender/Server

At The Library Restaurant, we operate a historic, busy, high-end steakhouse where standards are non-negotiable and execution matters. We are hiring a top-tier Server/Bartender —someone who knows how to perform in a serious restaurant and is looking to be part of a disciplined, professional team. This role is for experienced hospitality professionals only. If you have not worked in a high-volume, upscale environment, this will not be the right fit. And for those in Boston—make the move. What We Expect:
Proven success in upscale, high-volume restaurants. Strong command of classic cocktails, wine knowledge, and steakhouse service standards. Ability to handle pressure, pace, and volume without losing composure. Confidence to take control of a section or a bar and run it efficiently. A polished, professional presence—urgency without chaos. A team-first mentality—we do not carry people.

The Role:
Deliver precise, high-level service—timing, awareness, and attention to detail are critical. Execute behind the bar with speed, consistency, and accuracy. Confidently guide guests through menu, wine, and experience. Maintain a clean, organized, disciplined workspace at all times. Work as part of a tight, accountable team that expects consistency. We expect weekends and holiday commitment

Why This Position:
Proven consistent year round earnings of $55/hour for top performers (tips, gratuities, wages). Guaranteed 4-5 shifts a week. High check averages strong volume = real earning potential.
