Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in ensuring that our patrons receive prompt and friendly service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold high standards of food handling practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
