Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote sales and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Assist with beverage recipe development and craft beer or cocktail tastings to elevate the guest experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with cash handling expertise.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests confidently.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple orders during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with beverage crafting including brewing or brewing-related knowledge is advantageous.

Pay: $22.86 - $27.53 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
