We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where hospitality and customer satisfaction are top priorities. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

MUST HAVE SATURDAY NIGHT AND OR SUNDAY NIGHT AVAILABILITY!!!

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience, including serving drinks promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Operate POS systems such as Silverware POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
• Assist in setting up the bar area before shifts and cleaning up after closing

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on bartending preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements and company policies
• Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating an enjoyable guest experience

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
