Responsibilities:

• For Servers:
• Greet and take orders from guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Suggest food and drink items to enhance the guest experience.
• For Bartenders:
• Prepare and serve cold beer and craft cocktails with precision and care.
• Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Provide guests with recommendations and create a memorable bar experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain alcohol service compliance with local laws and regulations.
• For Cooks:
• Prepare high-quality food items quickly and efficiently.
• Follow food safety standards and cleanliness guidelines.
• Ensure food is presented beautifully and served at the correct temperature.
• For Management:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.
• Manage staff, provide training, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Handle customer concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure smooth operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• For Dishwashers:
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning and stocking duties.
• For Bus Boys:
• Assist servers by clearing and setting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Provide support to the front-of-house team during busy shifts.
• For Bar Backs:
• Support bartenders by restocking supplies and ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked.
• Maintain a fast pace while helping to keep drinks flowing for guests.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and stocking liquor, glassware, and supplies.
• For Security:
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Monitor entrances and exits, checking IDs, and ensuring compliance with rules.
• Address disruptive behavior in a calm and professional manner.
• For DJs:
• Provide entertainment by mixing and playing music to create a lively atmosphere.
• Work with management to tailor playlists to match the venue’s energy and audience.
• Maintain and set up equipment for live performances.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or entertainment preferred, but not required for some positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
