Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. You will also be providing excellent customer service as a server to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including TOAST POS.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a server to all guests.

Skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly TOAST POS, for efficient order processing.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
• Experience in food service or fine dining environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, bartending techniques & wine pairing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• A commitment to food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
