Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks and menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change using retail math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food handling, beverage preparation areas, and the bar environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving dishes at tables or during catering events like banquets or nightclubs

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending or serving roles within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create positive experiences
• Previous experience in food handling, catering events, or banquet service is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate order calculations
