Role Overview

TRiBE is looking for skilled and passionate Bartenders to join our team for our exciting new restaurant opening. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a Bartender at TRiBE, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area at all times

Take food and drink orders, process payments, and operate the till when required

Monitor stock levels, restock bar supplies, and notify management of shortages

Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipes and company standards

Verify guests’ age where required and promote responsible alcohol service

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Assist with opening and closing bar procedures

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender preferred

Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and drink preparation techniques

Experience using bar equipment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality with a positive, team-focused attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
