Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of cash transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Develop creative beverage recipes and assist in menu updates to enhance guest experience and promote sales.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure availability of popular drinks and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events if applicable.

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Prior experience in beverage recipe development and beverage presentation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and basic math skills for accurate bill calculation.
