About the Position

Lost Lake Lodge is looking for an experienced, personable, and dependable Bartender & Server to join our restaurant team! We’re seeking someone who enjoys crafting great cocktails, providing excellent guest service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This is a hands-on position that combines bartending and table service. Our restaurant focuses primarily on cocktails, so strong cocktail knowledge, confidence behind the bar, and the ability to serve tables are essential.

Restaurant Hours

• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Applicants must be available to work these scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to bar and dining room guests.
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver meals, and check on tables throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable laws.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and serving experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and basic bartending techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and comfortably manage both bar and table service.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol.
