What you’ll do

• Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods.
• Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Assist in banquet setups and catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Uphold a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and contributing to a fun, energetic environment.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist with inventory management.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Previous banquet experience is advantageous for catering events.
