Job Overview
We have a small container bar with food trucks located in Georgetown on Highway 29..We are seeking a to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your role will be pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our establishment's dedication to quality and service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or catering environments.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during busy periods.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
• Experience in banquet service is a plus but not required.
