Bartender/Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation meet our fine dining standards.
• Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate the Clover (POS) system for order processing, cash handling, and payment transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Assist with banquet services as required, including setting up bars for events and serving drinks during functions.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is a MUST
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers is essential for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math to manage tabs accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• A friendly demeanor with strong sales skills to enhance guest experiences and promote menu items.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation.
