Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartenders/servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or similar roles is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is highly desirable.
• Experience working in nightclubs or high-volume bars is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
