Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Take food orders accurately and serve dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations from our beverage menu or food options to enhance their experience.
• Operate POS system to process credit card and cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while ensuring timely service for all guests.
• Assist in beverage recipe development and craft beer or cocktail tastings to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within fine dining is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS system for processing transactions smoothly.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe creation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
