Bartender/Server

Cuban Island Restaurant is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Bartender to join our team!

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests at the bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Follow alcohol service and safety regulations.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
