Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and beverages with precision, demonstrating bartending expertise in a fast-paced setting
• Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas swiftly to prepare for new guests, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms, ensuring proper cashiering procedures are followed

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining service and bartending within upscale restaurants or nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming guest relations
• Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
• Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and responsible beverage service practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
