Bartender/Server/Barista

Erratic Ale Co. is looking for a Bartender/Server/Barista to join our team in Dexter, MI. Summer Job with opportunity to extend.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly customer service focused individual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
• Barista training valuable, but not required.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
• Flexibility to work various shifts which may include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, twist, and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service / order taking.
• Drink preparation ( coffee or beer ).
• Light food preparation.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work stations, floors, equipment, and other areas as needed.
• Assisting other team members with tasks as needed.
• Assisting customers with questions or requests for services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
