Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly And take drink and food orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to enhance the guest experience
• Operate clover POS systems and process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining area, glassware, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling procedures responsibly, including processing payments and giving accurate change
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus.
• knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine varieties, cocktail preparation, and food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest relations and guest satisfaction
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
• Experience with bussing tables or supporting host/hostess duties is a plus for team flexibility
