Bartender/Server/WaitStaff

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Must be available WEEEKENDS with the option to pick up shifts during the week bartending and/or serving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately.
• Assist in brewing processes when necessary, contributing to the overall beverage offerings.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations regarding alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required. 3+ years preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems like Toast/Micros.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
