BARTENDER/TEAM LEAD

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Team Lead to join our hospitality team. This role combines expert bartending skills with leadership responsibilities, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spirits, mixology, and food service, along with experience managing a team and processing transactions efficiently. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service while leading by example to uphold our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and flair, utilizing your mixology expertise.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems, maintaining accountability and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent service quality while fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in training new staff members on drink recipes, POS procedures, and customer service protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends in cocktails and hospitality to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spirits, cocktail creation, and mixology techniques.
• Previous food service or restaurant industry experience is required.
• Strong hospitality background with excellent customer service skills.
• Experience processing cash transactions and proficiency with POS systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
