Bartender/Waiter

Silver Forest Boutique Hotel, Spa & 3 KITCH3NS is one of the Helderberg's leading luxury boutique hospitality destinations, and we're looking for exceptional hospitality professionals to join our Guest Experience Team.

This is not a traditional waiter, bartender or receptionist role.

As a Silver Forest Ambassador, you will be cross-trained to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, cocktail lounge, guest arrival area and hotel operations. Every day is different, and every guest interaction matters.

We are looking for people who have:

• South African ID
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a quality hotel, restaurant or luxury guest environment.
• A genuine passion for looking after people.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• The flexibility to work across different guest-facing areas.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service every day.

What we offer

• A unique career as a Silver Forest Ambassador.
• Structured training and ongoing development.
• Clear career progression from Ambassador to Senior Ambassador, Lead Ambassador and Guest Experience Leader.
• A supportive team environment.
• Competitive salary and performance incentives.
• The opportunity to work in one of the region's most respected boutique hospitality businesses.

If you believe luxury hospitality is about creating memorable experiences—not simply serving guests—we would love to hear from you.

Please email your CV, a recent photograph and a brief cover letter telling us why you would make an outstanding Silver Forest Ambassador.
