We are currently looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender / Waiting Staff member to join our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, coffees, and soft drinks confidently and efficiently
• Take food and drink orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
• Support smooth service between the bar, kitchen, and dining room
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant areas
• Operate the till and process payments accurately
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar environment
• Strong bar knowledge and confidence preparing classic drinks and coffees
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required; Italian is highly desirable
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
