Bartender/Waitress

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Process cash transactions accurately handling cash and credit card payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food service duties, including serving meals, refilling drinks.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Support bar management by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques including mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Customer service background with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing
