Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, providing attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, following food safety protocols at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively, welcoming environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper billing and change procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and change handling.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts.

Pay: £12.71-£18.57 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
