Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional individual to join our team as a Bartender/Waitstaff. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong front-of-house skills and bartending experience, with a focus on creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes we pprovide
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas as needed

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong bartending skills
• Front-of-house experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a small 15 seat restaurant
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
