Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experience
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
• Serve food efficiently from the kitchen to tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, dining spaces, and service stations
• Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Support in basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing drinks or assembling simple dishes
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining attention to detail in billing

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
• Strong understanding of guest services principles with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• A positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
