The role will include:

• Serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Cocktail making - experience ESSENTIAL
• Communicate with all departments regularly to ensure smooth service
• Support the management team in maximising sales
• Understand Health, Safety and Hygiene and adhere to policies and procedures
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service for the next trading day
• Maintain the standards of the business keeping all areas clean and tidy
• To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
• Supervising and training of staff
• Responsible for cashing up and closing down at the end of shifts
• We are open 365 days a year so weekend work and bank holidays are essential

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
